We start our shipping processing as soon as you place your order. We always try our best to ship your first PupPack orders within 2-3 business days. After your first order, you will start receiving monthly packs at the beginning of every month!
Please note that our processing time can be prolonged by external influences like: weather events, unexpected order surges, out of stock items, etc. But we assure you that we will always give our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. We are so happy to offer FREE shipping to our respective customers who will purchase PupPack subscriptions and domestic orders over $49. This FREE shipping offer will be added to your order automatically when you will meet our requirements. Otherwise, your orders will be shipped via your preferred courier service. If you do not select any option, your order will default to the most affordable option.
After shipping your order, we will send the delivery confirmation to you via email. If you select USPS, please wait at least 3 weeks (after receiving your shipping notification) to contact us about your package. Cause, USPS will not allow you to claim a prior before this period.
Please note: UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address and will not deliver to PO Boxes. Your order will be delayed until we receive a physical valid address. Again, during selecting a rush method, please keep it in mind that UPS does not deliver on weekends.
We can only ship to the provided shipping address. We are unable to ship to multiple addresses.
LOST/DAMAGED BY POST OFFICE
We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. But, if your package does not arrive at your address within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification from us, do not forget to contact us via email. We will do our best to assist you in getting it straightened out with USPS. Thank you for your understanding with this.
If your package is returned to us for not providing the correct address, we will not be responsible for re-shipping it. Our team will contact the buyer for getting the correct address to re-ship it. The free shipping offer will not work for re-shipping. The buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping and handling charges to resend the package.
